HALF TOASTED CHIPS
Set in the oven for the second time, the coconut chips are baked at a low and perfect temperature, giving it a hazel color.

FINE
Almost dust, the coconut is grated finely to a powder.
TOASTED FINE
Baked in the over, the finely grated coconut is toasted to a golden perfection.
THREADS
Coconut that is cut into thin strips, this 'fancy' cut ranges from 10mm - 70 mm.

MEDIUM CUT
Slightly larger than the fine cut, the medium grate is a delicate crunchy coconut powder.
FULL TOASTED CHIPS
Placed back in the oven, the thick raw chips are toasted at high temperature, giving it a brown & crunchy aesthetic.
CHIPLET
Bigger than the fine cut, the chiplet is a small delicacy of the coconut.
